WiSA has a special interest in fostering general surgical research (all specialties) and surgical education research. We are currently brainstorming ways in which to develop quality research initiatives amongst women surgeons in the COSECSA region starting in 2018. In collaboration with Dr. Hilary Sanfey, from the Association of Women Surgeons, we are delighted to begin providing free research resources for all those who are interested.
